The error message bug regarding processing emails. Not a big problem, just annoying.

I joined insight 6 months ago and have had nothing but problems with this company. They never answer their phones, and when they do they seem not very interested in sorting any of your problems out.

And try we did; we struggled to learn and use the system. 6 months later, we took the loss on the other software and came back to Insight.

Have been using insight for years now and have always had good prompt service. We recently added POS to our program and are enjoying its ease or operation so far.

Overall I love the software. It's integration of many aspects of my business is great.

Great product does just about everything you could ever want to do to run a successful salon.

My favorite part of the software would have to be the appointment book feature.

Customer support (barely needed) has always been both quick and effective to resolve questions. I've recommended it to other salon professionals and will continue to do so.

Because I'm don't know how it works. I also think it's crazy we have to pay extra for text messaging.

They are friendly and very helpful and are always  there when we need them!!!  24/7.

I love the ease of reports and download to quickbooks for simplified bookkeeping process. The online booking is excellent for customer convenience and retention.

I used this software for work and it worked pretty well for us.

At first, when I signed up for the program, I feel the value for the money is great.

Now I am told that will never happen because of the platform it was built in. Basically your sales department lied to be to get the sale.

I am a small business owner, so all the setup was on me. It was easy and intuitive for a non-technie.

I have used this software for my biz for about 15 years - it is truly awesome & easy to use.

It is disappointing to have to continue to pay more each time we are ready to add a new feature.

Most of it was easy to use. When tech support was needed they were awesome.

Love the customer service, always so great. Whole system is easy an friendly to use.

Bottom line, Insight Salon Software is more than worth the investment.

Love the capabilities of this program it's easy to learn and integrates with quick books which are a huge timesaver for me.

I've had this program since their beginning, love how they've grown with our changing industry. Great for tracking, goal setting and we love the mobile app.

I love the amount of customization that is available even in regards to menu access. It helps my part time staff make the program work for their thought process and technical ability.

They were very patient and extremely helpful, and if the call was during their office hours, they were pretty quick to answer and were almost always able to solve the issue.

We did beta testing with them when they were developing the software and called fairly often and not one time where we disappointed. I think that says a lot for a company.

The only time I ever have to call in now is when I can't figure something out the program works for me seamlessly. The program also offers a ton of features for what I feel is a fantastic price.

The rest of the software and reports are really robust. There are things I could knit-pick about, but for the money, it's a really great value and it does a great job.

Other times the sales ticket said one total that was different from what the client was charged. Client brought their bank statement in).

Ve owned my salon 4 years. This is my 3rd and thank goodness my final software.

I'm set up to send out birthday notifications but I believe they all go to Spam so my clients never acknowledge seeing the announcements with their birthday discounts.

Very easy to understand, outstanding technical support. Offers easy, learning video's.

Overall we are happy that we made the switch to this software, it is definitely the best ease of use that we have encountered.

I realize how ridiculous that sounds but if I'm searching for a con, that would be it.

Software is great; excellent for Spa and Salon Use, great customer service and price points.

Also when an appointment is cancelled there should be some type of way to track all history.

Customer service is superb. They always our calls efficiently and resolve our issues without any problems.

Chat support , love online booking, love the blasts and email reports. Even more love that we are now in the cloud and can access from anywhere.

I do like to be able to run reports to see what services are the most popular. I also like seeing the amount of products I have sold per item.

Tech support is amazing. Many detailed reports can be generated and the ease of booking appointments is a plus.

For a business that does not spend their days sitting at a computer with loads of time to fight the program, this  for us, does not have the value that we expected.

Not easy to learn features by a click of a button. Don’t know how to fix missed information from previous days.

I love the package set up option since so many businesses sell packages these days. Most software options are lacking that feature.

ProSolutions Software (formerly Transcend) is a cloud-based suite of applications from ProSolutions Software that is suitable for spas, salons and resorts of all sizes. It offers modules for client management, appointment booking, inventory tracking, marketing, point of sale and more. On-premise deployments are also available. 


The DARCI module helps automate business management tasks such as text and email messaging, appointment confirmations, running promotions, marketing campaigns, closing reports and more. It also offers a social networking interface for sites such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Yelp.


Point of sale features include the ability to check out from the appointment book interface, letting clients pay with rewards points, tracking gratuities, assigning commissions and applying coupons and discounts. Online retail tools include featured items, configurable shipping fees, an Authorize.net interface for payment processing and a product search.
