  • Pros

  • My favorite part of the software would have to be the appointment book feature.
  • They are friendly and very helpful and are always there when we need them!!! 24/7.
  • Cons

  • The error message bug regarding processing emails. Not a big problem, just annoying.
  • Because I'm don't know how it works. I also think it's crazy we have to pay extra for text messaging.

  • Chat support , love online booking, love the blasts and email reports. Even more love that we are now in the cloud and can access from anywhere.
  • Tech support is amazing. Many detailed reports can be generated and the ease of booking appointments is a plus.
  • Cons

  • I'm set up to send out birthday notifications but I believe they all go to Spam so my clients never acknowledge seeing the announcements with their birthday discounts.
  • I realize how ridiculous that sounds but if I'm searching for a con, that would be it.
