Clients actually call if they cant make it because they got reminded, instead of just not showing up. The customer service part of masterpeace live is absolutely amazing.

Overall amazing software. Has helped grow our business tremendously and the support  team is awesome.

Anytime I have a problem they address it asap.

It’s a good tool to see clients and to add them.

Sometimes it would lag or glitch which would make it hard to be able to quickly get to what you needed to get too.

Runs very slow and has glitches that are aggravating when you’re in a hurry.

Nothing to protect us(waivers for clients to sign). Problems with disappearing appointments.

I like how it supports my small business. It’s a whole system that helps you grow your business.

I have enjoyed working with MPL. With all the daily task it takes to run a salon, MPL takes away all the guessing and puts everything down to where any stylist/barber can understand it.

This software is easy to learn and helps the employees stay on top of their books, formulas, and anything in between.

Just being able to have easy access is a big plus. We love the automatic reminders.

I love that i have access to my numbers and book 24/7. The score board is a game changer when it comes to helping you grow your numbers.

It's hard for me to do inventory easily, I'm not good at excel and spreadsheets.

I don’t like how the system update in real-time when you made administrative level changes and doesn’t ask you to conform the change. It’s too sleazy to make a mistake like that.

I love the team at Mangomint. They have been so helpful and patient whenever I've had questions or needed help to set something up.

Mangomint's attention to detail is superb. They not only offer great customer assistance but genuine care for their clients.

I also don’t like that the program can’t set different commission rates on different products.

Even though I'm paying more for Mangomint, the amount of time + money I'm saving in other areas plus all the amazing features and ease of use for staff and clients is worth every penny.

The customer service is OUTSTANDING as well, there is a live person behind their chat feature pretty much 24/7. Any question I have ever had was handled promptly and in a friendly manner.

The price, I don’t like the new Mangomint pay. Online booking gets messed up often as well.

Its hard to find out the refunds through the reports and can't send one msg to all clients incase of event or offers.
