Clients actually call if they cant make it because they got reminded, instead of just not showing up. The customer service part of masterpeace live is absolutely amazing.

Overall amazing software. Has helped grow our business tremendously and the support  team is awesome.

Anytime I have a problem they address it asap.

It’s a good tool to see clients and to add them.

Sometimes it would lag or glitch which would make it hard to be able to quickly get to what you needed to get too.

Runs very slow and has glitches that are aggravating when you’re in a hurry.

Nothing to protect us(waivers for clients to sign). Problems with disappearing appointments.

I have enjoyed working with MPL. With all the daily task it takes to run a salon, MPL takes away all the guessing and puts everything down to where any stylist/barber can understand it.

M trying to close my Plus account but nope, no one gets back to me and they’re still charging me. Absolutely disgusted and now cancelling my card so they can’t steal anymore of my money.

Great little booking tool. I switched when i wanted a paperless clinic.

Clients can book in easily and the book now buttons create opportunities for clients to see who’s available at any time day or night. I love all the features and the consultation helps a great deal.

Except on the website it says it’s included in the 2.29% plus $0.20 per transaction fees. M already very upset at the delay only to hear about these extra costs.

It is easy to use so far and even the free version a small business can use. And as i can understand the Fresha Plus is also cheap.
