I like salon tracker but there are a a few small tweaks that I would make to make it perfect for use in a busy salon with staff.

Some of the reports are very complicated and difficult to make sense of.

Operating our sunbeds using Salon Tracker is super quick, easy, professional and seamless. Equally the thumbprint and card reader integrations are fantastic and make for seamless transactions.

Easy to get hold of somebody during working hours but if something goes wrong outside of these hours you are a bit stuck.

Their customer service was awful. I canceled with them because I found a better system and they refused a refund.

It seems to be something that they do not actively work on, which seems crazy to me.

I like the fact that it easy to connect to Facebook and Instagram. But the customization was wonderful as well to use.

With the restrictions lifting we are now allowed to do private parties at a reduced capacity. I needed a booking software that was easy to use and at a good price.

If you encounter issue in payment stage during a booking,  no entry point  for customer to get back to their unpay booking within system, you must work it out offline.

Sometimes clients don't read the reminder email properly which says it's from a no reply address; and reply to it to cancel appointments.

A few things have been really frustrating for me. There is no option to select that they have paid a deposit in person, only online payments.
