Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • It was pretty easy to use & had a great CRM element and reporting functionality.

  • Good layout and the dashboard gives a great snapshot and overview.

  • Cons

  • If there is one feature we could get, it would be an integrated POS. With that said, we currently use Square and it's working fabulously.

  • The iOS app is great but doesn't have the the flexibility and functions of the desktop version - for example you can't amend staff rotas via the app.

  • Pros

  • I've used a few spa booking systems and this is the best!!! so easy to use and set up. Literally point and click and you are up and running! I love it!!!

  • I love every feature of this service! The website builder is amazing and even though I haven't switched over for the credit card processing yet, I will be doing that very soon as well.

  • Cons

  • It is very customizable, but it would be nice if they offered packages for added features instead of paying a la carte.

  • The software is a bit bulky in style. The user interface would definitely use a facelift (especially the calendar). Closing up the day in relation to payment processing can be a bit confusing.
