Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • Easy to use for both administrators and customers. Really like that you can set up repeating events with ease. This software has made my bookings a breeze. Great customer service too.

  • Great price, as we are an NGO. I find it easy to use and to keep track of. I like the customisable functions.

  • Cons

  • Back end could always have a few tweaks here and there. Mobile layout for block bookings could be a tiny bit clearer.

  • I would struggle to find something negative to write. All the options I need are there and easy to use.

  • Pros

  • Love the scheduling. I like that it shows where they should be and I can actually put the approximate time they should be there.

  • Easy to use, streamlined, keeps everything organized and fast. What really sold me was that I was able to submit estimates directly to my customers before even leaving their home.

  • Cons

  • It's never fun setting up software it wasn't difficult but it was a little bit time consuming. Once everything is set up it pretty much runs itself though.

  • I wish it had a few more customable features such as the use of a highlighter option, etc. That may be a feature that I alone would like though.
