Pros/Cons

Pros
It is a great tool for those of us not in public education. I am able to use the free version of the gradebook to keep track of assignments/grades for my students. I love this product!
I love how easy it is to use and communicate with parents through. The customer support is also excellent!

Cons
uploading letterhead is a pain but we made it work.
Some of the screens are spread a bit too wide, but this problem is being corrected through continuing improvements.

Pros
It's beautiful and it integrates well into my website. It is easy to use on the user's end.
Pretty easy to use and functional for our needs. Adaptable to use.

Cons
It is more for children at this point and we have classes for children and adults so sometimes we have to do a lot of explaining to people. A little more flexibility for that would be nice.
Some things are tricky to find and setting certain things up correctly takes some getting used to.
