An easy way for your customers to track their orders.

It gives you no ETA as to when the parcel will arrived. It tells you nothing about where the parcel is on the way.

I also love to be able to use the branded page with our company name and tracking status page to send to customers when we want them to track one particular shipment.

I like the app UI and its going to save us a lot of time and help us keep track of our customer returns and issues. So far would highly recommend the app.

There is a huuuge price increase when going from the Essentials plan to the Pro plan, almost 20x. That was a bit shocking.

This is tool which provided our business a huge growth with it's awesome tracking automation.

I did enquire  about the cost and yes its cheaper than competitor but it doesn't deliver what it promised.

API integration is super easy and starts working immediately. It has also mobile app where you can track your orders and it notifies automatically on every new update on orders.

It could use a bit more description in the drop down coices for setting up campaigns.

It does no tracking at all. All it does is  to record that label is generated (which gives you a tracking number).

Integrates EBay and Amazon orders automatically, and some email notifications. Picks up most order delivery notifications from Gmail.

Small businesses with less orders can go with free plan to save cost and can take the benefits of the most of the features for free.

It gives you no idea where the parcel going , too. NO city or address for the receiving end.

I guess it is cheaper than the proper and useful method... maybe for sending that cost is an issue. You might than check this one.

Sensitive content hidden] is a fantastic asset to the team. She was accommodating and prompt in her response, and she helped me resolve my query very quickly.

A good customer service team would realise they have limitations in their software and not turn down a £40k customer  - however the customer service team don't care. They just want your money.

I like this software above others because it is relatively simple to integrate with my online store and the customer service is available 24/7 and always very helpful and courteous.

Add to this that the interface is simple and easy to understand in a minute, and the app operates quickly. Couldn't be any better than this.

Also, several features of the software got restricted unless I upgraded to a more expensive plan.

Tracking can be a burden if the carrier puts their own tracking sticker on the BOL because the system sometimes won't find it so I have to go track it down at the carrier's website.

A lot of those future development plans line up with what we would need in the future as well. The software itself was very easy to integrate and roll out.

This birdseye view gives us the ability to rapidly choose our freight carrier for a shipment or provide shipping choices to our customers.

I have not come across any features with this software that I dislike.

I really like the ease of access and user friendly website layout. Navigating the web page is very easy and makes my job a bit easier and faster.

Integration with shipping programs would be great. Creating a program you can install that has a backup system for generating BOLs if the quoting system or internet is down.

The customer services team at FV has been great as well.

Overall it is an excellent software for supply chain and procurement teams that need to stay on top of the process and tasks.

Very user friendly and time saving. The ability to enter a shipments information once and access rates for multiple carriers is a huge time saver.

Pricing is on the higher side comparing to other service providers, instead of prices based on shipments, we can have monthly flat charges.
