  • Pros

  • I like their customer service also. Afterall I fully recommend for your shipment tracking solution for business owners.
  • I also love to be able to use the branded page with our company name and tracking status page to send to customers when we want them to track one particular shipment.
  • Cons

  • It gives you no ETA as to when the parcel will arrived. It tells you nothing about where the parcel is on the way.
  • There is a huuuge price increase when going from the Essentials plan to the Pro plan, almost 20x. That was a bit shocking.

  • What I liked the most was how easy it is to set up and get going It has a great UI that's extremely easy to use daily. Automations make daily life easier and rate preview is a godsend.
  • Easy integration with the website, woo commerce, nice discounts on UPS, better than what we can get as a company.
  • Cons

  • Even if you just shipped it that day. Packing slips are awful too.
  • This is really a frustrating distraction, although it could have been worse - not being notified when we made sales.
