  • Pros

  • We are supporting Messente service via API integrated to our system for customers across the globe. It works like a charm and is very easy to set up.
  • It has definitely the best in class account management and it comes at very favourable price. Over the course of our relationship they overtook other providers in the most major markets of ours.
  • Very good solutions for sending out SMS's. Good and quick response time from support and KAM.
  • Cons

  • There are no options to exclude unicode symbols automatically. We were not warned about issues in the Mexican market in spite of both Messente and other vendors being very aware of the issue.
  • Status update - never can be sure if message delivered or failed. Would be beneficial to get prompt message if x% messages failed.
  • Phonebook is somewhat difficult to scroll through if you have uploaded lots of contact lists and hardly ever bothered to remove the old ones manually.

  • Super easy to use, reasonable pricing for Small businesses, great & quick customer service, and awesome features like bday list as well as automatic conditions that allow you to customize lists.
  • The simplicity of getting your message out there, the ease with which I can get support, and the results we've seen make Slicktext an excellent value.
  • Customer service has been superb so far as well. They are always available and quickly answer my questions.
  • Cons

  • I dislike the fact that I loose my rollover text messages if I don't use them over a period of time.
  • Customers may get tired of texts that they forget they can opt out of. The company could give a reminder that it is an option.
  • The employee said (direct quote) “I’m not talking to you about this and there’s no management for you to talk to.
