  • Pros

  • Excellent experience so far. The staff is quick and friendly to any questions I have and have even offered to help me further expand our workflow integrations with Sakari if necessary.
  • Great solution for an over the phone sales and service team. The set up and support team have been amazing and were extremely helpful with picking the correct plan for us.
  • It is very easy to use and customer support is great. I have tried many and fine Sakari to be the best.
  • Cons

  • I used to send them a few emails before having an answer and it was such a loss of time.
  • It's a bummer some of the reporting needs to be set up through custom workflows.
  • I am using this software within Hubspot and I miss the fact I can't be alerted when a lead reply back, meaning I need to check each of my contact one by one if a response has been received.

  • In addition, the customer service is outstanding. A simple text to the TextRequest team and they will have you taken care of.
  • Our sales, service, parts and finance teams are all actively using this software with great success. We are grateful for the support provided with the software.
  • Very good, especially the support. Customer support is courteous, helpful and quick.
  • Cons

  • We were quite disappointed to find out our services were shut off due to an expired credit card. We had paid through for the month and we had no warning that we were going to lose services.
  • This is our biggest problem and we are only staying with TR because we haven't found an alternative with similar features.
  • Or on the flipside of that, I wouldn't mind paying for each individual small text if I knew that was balanced out by only being charged for 1 text even if it was long.
