The interface is user friendly even for clients who don't know much about computers. The connection is usually great and it's well priced.

The customer service was outstanding and continues to be so. In my opinion, it is a very 'professional' branding which sits well with the type of business I conduct.

These tools also make it easier to follow up on progress and compliance. Sharing files enables us to get patients to complete outcome measures which are useful for monitoring progress.

Some connection problems occasionally but more likely due to poor internet in remote regions than due to the application itself.

The security seems to be greater than others on the market.

Easy to integrate Pearson assessments for online assessment sessions. Families I work with like not having to download software and it's very easy to navigate.

Coviu made the process of transitioning to regular tele-health and executive coaching so very easy.

Intuitive to use, nice simple, attractive layout, share screen and annotate real time with patient.

The ease of use and the flexibility of what to use it on and how is just brilliant. No need to download anything for clients.

I sometimes have connection problems but I think that is my internet connection not the software.

No major concerns, although occasionally the connection was interrupted but didn't impair the meeting.

There is a general problem of elderly patients being completely bewildered by anything to do with I.T.  This applies to all telehealth platforms, but is something to keep in mind.

COVIU has been such as easy platform to use - with no download requirements for the patients/clients.

When used on a mobile other calls stall the session.

Ease of use (email link) and great video quality. The tools are very useful for exercise prescription and allow me to provide clients with something tangible to take away from the appointment.

I found coviu easy to use and have never had issues. The support team were very helpful when I was setting up and sent a long time with my on coviu explaining the software.

An occasional problem occurs with connectivity but i think that is due to problems with faulty or unstable internet connections.

Accessing Coviu was easy and their training webinars rapidly and effectively equipped me to start without a problem.

The ability to play youtube videos has enabled me to engage children with social communication issues more easily and for longer.

Minimal bandwidth issues. Good quality video and audio signal.

The clinical interface is good. Intuitive to navigate, looks good, nice use of shortcuts and templates for notes, and nice scheduler.

We had tons of rejections and denials for months. Our billers were on the verge of leaving because it was so much of a hassle.

I like the ability to learn as needed with  Kareo university  and ease of use for our team. We love the automated reminders and the ability the send messages with the software.

If there ever is an issue, the support team is always courteous and most eager to help resolve the issue in a timely and seamless fashion.

The tele medicine is the worst department, their support team is slow and arrogant, and there are a lot of technical issues which lead to lost patient appointments and it affects clinical care.

The easy of use and being able to add, adjust, transfer information.

I like the ease of use of Kareo. My favorite part of the billing side of Kareo is the home page.

Turn around time is great and Kareo shows me how I am doing with my patient collection as well.

I love many features in Kareo. I find the real time eligibility and ability to send auto claims electronically with attachments is the most useful to my practice on a daily basis.

The implementation and initial training were very easy. I appreciated having an assigned trainer to help me throughout the process.

It Is user friendly and the Support is awesome.

Billing is absolutely brutal. I strongly recommend talking to your billers first.

Terrible experience with excessive sales pressure for what I thought was a free trial but actually locked me into a year long contract. I should have read the paperwork more closely.

Kareo is fairly easy to navigate even for a low tech person. The customer support team is absolutely amazing, they are always patient and extra helpful.

This is a truly terrible billing software with poor customer service. I strongly advise talking with your billers before going down this road.

Integrates seamlessly with the EHR documentation system I use. Electronic billing with submission of clean claims 99.99% of the time.

The program is easy to use, cost effective and the support is great.

We are new users to Kareo,but the program has been easy to set up and use. We integrated our Practice.

I have had patients complain that the appointment reminder calls were not easily understood and did not give specific information about the doctor for the appointment.

The calendar is very poor and does not interface with well with the rest of the EHR.

I've had a few rejected and denied claims, but I've been unable to figure out why, other than it's a possible glitch in the Kareo system.

Kareo has been an improvement from our previous software. I appreciate that the cost each month has been predictable and fair.

The benefit to this billing software is that it is very functional and we are able to track every claim with ease.

Overall experience with Kareo is positive. Our sales rep is proactive and is always available to help address our concerns.

One of the providers at the practice was charged incorrectly due to being listed under incorrect provider Type and kareo states that its not their fault, they cant credit money back.

Very user friendly- 10 stars. I would recommend kareo to anyone looking for an awesome software.

Disappointed, will be switching as soon as my contract is up (or sooner if I am losing patients).

If there is a problem with an ICD 10 code I have used, Kareo will let me know before I make my final approval to send the claim.

Very good for Billing and System interface with insurance companies. Customer support very good.

Kareo will say they are fixing issues or updating functionality, but the fixes are generally meaningless and the updates are mostly ineffectual. Customer support is also terrible.
