  • Pros

  • It is reliable and works seamlessly. The team at Power Diary are constantly updating the program and are really responsive to user suggestions.
  • Ease of use, great support via Help button, instant customer service, cost effective, SMS reminders to avoid client non-attendance and fantastic range of options.
  • Cons

  • Limited functions available on the calendar - cannot view single day of the week for multiple weeks.
  • Difficulty uploading my stationary template, problems writing letters in the style I choose (it’s confusing).

  • Easy to use good service very good customer service and help.
  • Not only did the video chat function help with seeing patients during a world-wide shut down, we were also able to navigate faxes, emails and communicate with our patients on one easy to use platform.
  • Cons

  • At first, setting this up is very confusing. You need to have assistance from the company in order to set this up with your printer or computer device.
  • There is no virtual waiting room so is difficult to schedule the calls. It takes very long to wait for patient to answer.
