Very easy to set up and use, there are frequent updates which is reassuring though I've never noticed the need for updates. The quality of video and audio are good.

No virtual waiting room (despite the query above which suggests there is one. I've asked and been told it's not available.

When hospitals issue us a phone, we cannot download this app on it because it is connected to our Apple ID. However, this may be more of an administrative problem than the fault of the software.
