  • Pros

  • It's easy to use and integrate with the website. This was my first software at my guesthouse.
  • Its Versatility - WebReserv is Economical, Easy to Use with Good Support.
  • Cons

  • This is very basic and as soon we grow a little we had to change to another. No channel Manager, which is a pitty.
  • It was a nightmare because ZOZI is terrible. I lost a ton of money and business thru the move and ended up switching to a completely different platform not long after.

  • WeTravel is an inexpensive and great option for managing multiday tours. They are very competitively priced and their system is easy to use with great customer support.
  • Easy to use, inexpensive, and very useful. Customer assistance ([sensitive content hidden]) is also great.
  • Cons

  • The same gateway provider is some sketchy company that triggers all kinds of fraud warnings.
  • Receipt Number appears ONLY on the confirmation email we receive when someone pays. On the payment dashboard there is no place where the receipt number of each transaction can be found.
