But, the lady I dealt with, 'Terri' was great at helping me solve my problems. John, the boss, well he was plenty patient with me and took the time to help.

When I have had questions,even on the weekends, Terri has been very willing to assist me. Her customer service is outstanding.

Any questions that we have are quickly answered. I can recommend this software without any reservations.

The only problem I had was getting rid of old accounts.

City Clerk for almost 15 years and this is by far the best, easiest most cost effective software the City has ever used.

Waterworks is a very easy and user friendly system for towns that cannot afford the larger cost of computer systems like Casselle.

I knew nothing about billing for a rural water system and chose this software because of good reviews. I am so glad I did, this software is very user friendly even for newcomers.

This program does exactly what we need it to do without being complicated and requiring multiple fields to be filled before you can move on to the next screen. Customer service is also great.

This is the second water utility software I have worked with and I have truly enjoyed the program and the tech support is wonderful.

I have had instances when the customer status is inactive and I'll go back and find a credit balance on the account of this penalty. I just have to watch for then and take off the credit balance.

The product is good, but the Customer Service is AWESOME. Our Rep is Teri, and she is always very willing to help, has the right answers and follows up on all requests.

Since September 2015 we have attempted to get minor issues resolved (concessions, address errors etc) to commence using the software.

The City of Everton has been using WaterWorks for approximately 13 years. It is a wonderful program; very easy to use.

We absolutly love the program and Terry is so so so helpful, so glad that we went with this company.

I started with my city a little over a year ago, the previously city clerk had been fired leaving me to start with zero training.

WaterWorks is a great program and easy to learn. If you need assistance you have immediate, helpful assistance.

If i get stuck i will call Terri, and end up saying duh.

The only issue I have had is that the computer takes off the final penalty charge when the customer is closed out.

I like working overall  with this software it's user friendly, reports are fast and easy, and working with great friendly people to help when we need help.

I hope I filled out the star ratings correctly-- you guys are the best!!! we have had water works. About 10 years and this is a wonderful software, it is customer friendly and I would not want.

We have been using this software for awhile and have not had any problems. Questions are answered very quickly and understandable.

I don't get advised on what the error is. For example if access is not granted, I would have to call someone to find out why.

Sometimes can be confusing while adding specific time zones.

Customer Service is amazing as well as the software.

Requires a minimum amount of regular use to pay for the service.

I like that this software makes it easy for not only for our tenants but also for our staff for the scheduling of overtime HVAC.

Easy to put in a request for after hours air. Great customer service if you ever need to get a hold of someone for help.

The end of month reporting. This has saved us a huge amount of time every month calculating the tenant billback costs.

Its not intuitive and is hard to explain to new users.

I like that scheduling for customers is an easy process.

It has eased on tenant billing, tenants are able to request at their leisure and not wait for us to submit the request for them, and customer service at Genea is fabulous.

Customer support is unparalleled, again from a user and admin end. Monthly bill-back costs and reports are generated with ease and are spot-on accurate.

Account manager is very helpful. Software is easy to use for our tenants.

I have no input, as I have yet to find a con with the program.

It's a very easy to use platform and the customer service is great. We've been using Genea in our building for a few years now and the tenants seem to like having the convenience.

I like that it is easy to navigate once you know how the system works.

We have a hi-rise office building, and our tenants love it. The mobile app is great, and all-in-all it's a very effective product that is well received.

What I like most about the Genea software is that it is so easy for our tenants to access and request their after hours HVAC.

I do not believe we have had any questions on how to access the site since we have launched and in my eyes that is a really good thing.

Genea is fairly simple to use and I like the confirmation emails once requests are submitted. The reports function is also helpful.

The HVAC Overtime capabilities associated with Genea are great time-savers for our property management team.

I have used the Genea software on a regular basis for the over two tears and have yet to encounter an issue with running reports or navigating through the system.

If there is an error it is usually the tenant user making the error and not engineering.

The software is so user friendly and the customer support is great. I cam into my role within the year and it could not have been easier to get acclimated with.
