  • Pros

  • The interface is slick and visually appealing without a busy cluttered appearance. Support is multimodal and rapid.
  • The spplication is Intuitive, easy to use, time saving, aesthetically pleasing, and innovative. I also like how you can use it on various technology.
  • Cons

  • Sometimes the way it prints out for the rDVM's is not the way it looks on the screen originally and it can be confusing to read.
  • The search engine is difficult to find the client or patient at times.

  • Easy to use, easy to change settings settings customize, customers love the quick responses from us.
  • A few years back, Weave functioned well. The integration with Dentrix was a wonderful tool for the staff to have.
  • Cons

  • Implementation was disorganized and out of order, one onboarder didn't know what the other onboarder had covered.
  • Basically, all they can say is you screwed, you owe us money, and sorry but you can cancel...after 30 days.
