They told us that support would be available during our event and there was just this lousy email address.

The UI is beautiful, the website is responsive and everything is very well layed out and planned. The pricing too is on par with many other event platforms.

Excellant and responsive customer service, scales well and defintely the most affordable option on the market.

I hope their latest capital infusion will help polish up their product and develop into something outside of just conferences.

We introduced Hopin to our community with our Annual Meeting and the response was outstanding. We have over 1000 chats in a 60 minute program.

I love how much it's grown and being invested in, in the times I've used it. I'm excited to see where it will be in a couple months as more features are rolled out.

Its pricing model is straight forward and easy to understand, and much more affordable than other offerings out there. Their pre-sales, post-sales and support team are awesome folks.

Lack of integration with Salesforce and Interprefy.

Presentations, breakout rooms, chat rooms and so on. I liked that it was so easy to move between different parts of the event seamlessly and it was easy to navigate.

Overall I am pleased with the platform and customer service and will continue to use for events.

There appeared to be a limitation to how large some poster presentations could be made so that reading them was difficult.

Solid Comprehensive Platform with Areas for Improvement.

I have attended dozens of events in Hopin in the last year, and it is the most reliable and easy-to-use platform I have used. The basic price is also affordable and easy to set for small groups.

It is easy to use and explain to new delegates. Very nice networking options, but overall very user friendly.

Easy for guests to navigate. All features on the platform were great.

One of the keys is one-on-one matchmaking. In-person 1on1 is self explanatory, but for companies doing business with suppliers, the interface of the video meetings within Hopin are outstanding.

Users had a great experience, setup was very easy.

Customer service was exceptional. Our CSM was  [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] and they were so lovely and attentive.

The lack of ability to connect to MAP and CRM made the registration process difficult and very manual.

It is keeping us connected in these 'de-conneted days. We are appreciative of the fantastic customer service and dedication of the Hopin Team to make improvements to the platform each and every week.

Had great integrations, was fluid, and customer response was always quick.

Also, we could never get Google Analytics to work. We submitted a ticket, was told they would look into it but no one ever circled back to fix the issue or tell us what went wrong.

The session rooms were great and easy to find. The expo was a lovely addition to really bring the features of an in-person conference to your office on a virtual platform.

I remember that they only had maybe a couple of weeks or so to implement the software and execute the event. I was incredibly impressed.

I held two very important ticketed events on Hopin and the video quality was excellent. I love the comment option and the opportunity to run a dry run of the event.

Sessions work really well, we love hosting Q&A sessions in the sessions tab. The speed networking is great too and would love to see some more features added.

People left the event impressed that they were captured for the whole time and loved that it provided them with a different experience to anything they had participated in online.

Repeatedly pasting a notice in multiple chats was annoying and time-consuming.

All the features are great. It's easy to use and people have been enjoying the intent behind how we are utilizing the platform for our needs.

Ease of use for admins and relatively quick set up. Ability to use RTMP streaming directly from AV company.

It is visually appealing and very user friendly. This was what clinched the sale for us for an Enterprise 12 month license.

We do share some proprietary media, and being able to house the finished product in the cloud and share with intended parties, thus keeping our hardware less cluttered, is awesome.

Its easy to use, the free plan gives a good amount of space for starters and its very easy to integrate.

Hence I strongly recommend it for those who looking for a real superior quality of the video streams regardless of money and time.

What I liked most was all the different settings that you can integrate with the video when you share it.

What is missing is the option to embed on a priave url that does not does not need a password.

Instead of just sales, Vimeo Pro has helped me create an online community for those interested in my brand. It has been a lot of fun and the features on Vimeo Pro always excite me.

If you're a poet user, or even if you just have bunch of great videos that you want to keep available at full quality for a long, long time, you can't beat the bargain that the Pro upgrade offers.

Easy of use, easy to share videos. If you need to share non public or based subscription videos, this is a very useful service.

The internal user interface can be clunky at times, you can sometimes get lost in there.

The platform is a wonderful way to serve my clients in a professional way with private video access. Another great thing is that the videos are hosted on Vimeo for years, even if you have a free plan.

Using Vimeo has been interesting. I love the quality of videos and its awesome GUI.

Since the start there has been no downtime at all, and the support staff were always on call to answer the smallest query.

To create the best quality videos, you need patience and great content. Vimeo is the best when you seek quality.

I liked using Vimeo to make videos for my presentations to other researchers. I have been impressed with the quality of videos I can embed.

Sometimes it is give an error and system is shot down itself. They should fix this problem.

So many great features, like being able to customize colors and what is seen on the video bar. Analytics are great, and the whole system is user friendly.

The search functionality is garbage. I can never found our vidoes on their website and it seems as if the algorithm is really screwed up.

This is a great platform for any business to push amazing and creative content to the world.
