They told us that support would be available during our event and there was just this lousy email address.

The UI is beautiful, the website is responsive and everything is very well layed out and planned. The pricing too is on par with many other event platforms.

Excellant and responsive customer service, scales well and defintely the most affordable option on the market.

I hope their latest capital infusion will help polish up their product and develop into something outside of just conferences.

I love how much it's grown and being invested in, in the times I've used it. I'm excited to see where it will be in a couple months as more features are rolled out.

Its pricing model is straight forward and easy to understand, and much more affordable than other offerings out there. Their pre-sales, post-sales and support team are awesome folks.

Lack of integration with Salesforce and Interprefy.

Presentations, breakout rooms, chat rooms and so on. I liked that it was so easy to move between different parts of the event seamlessly and it was easy to navigate.

Overall I am pleased with the platform and customer service and will continue to use for events.

There appeared to be a limitation to how large some poster presentations could be made so that reading them was difficult.

I have attended dozens of events in Hopin in the last year, and it is the most reliable and easy-to-use platform I have used. The basic price is also affordable and easy to set for small groups.

It is easy to use and explain to new delegates. Very nice networking options, but overall very user friendly.

Easy for guests to navigate. All features on the platform were great.

One of the keys is one-on-one matchmaking. In-person 1on1 is self explanatory, but for companies doing business with suppliers, the interface of the video meetings within Hopin are outstanding.

Users had a great experience, setup was very easy.

Customer service was exceptional. Our CSM was  [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] and they were so lovely and attentive.

The lack of ability to connect to MAP and CRM made the registration process difficult and very manual.

Had great integrations, was fluid, and customer response was always quick.

Also, we could never get Google Analytics to work. We submitted a ticket, was told they would look into it but no one ever circled back to fix the issue or tell us what went wrong.

The session rooms were great and easy to find. The expo was a lovely addition to really bring the features of an in-person conference to your office on a virtual platform.

I remember that they only had maybe a couple of weeks or so to implement the software and execute the event. I was incredibly impressed.

I held two very important ticketed events on Hopin and the video quality was excellent. I love the comment option and the opportunity to run a dry run of the event.

Sessions work really well, we love hosting Q&A sessions in the sessions tab. The speed networking is great too and would love to see some more features added.

People left the event impressed that they were captured for the whole time and loved that it provided them with a different experience to anything they had participated in online.

Repeatedly pasting a notice in multiple chats was annoying and time-consuming.

Mute function stuck a couple of times. Had to log out and back in.

Using Zoho has been easy, as the learning curve is very flat and most users get it intuitively. My most liked feature would be its ease of use.

I do not have to worry if my clients need admin privileges to attend my meeting or webinar. The security allows the host to lock meetings and remove unwanted guests.

I could ask for more features but not at the risk of losing the simplicity.

We like Zoho Meeting because it integrates with Zoho CRM, making it easy to invite our Leads and Contacts to meetings and stores the invitation in Zoho CRM, which makes it very convenient.

Missing a few features that we rarely used from Zoom or Go to Meeting.

Missing Virtual background, Missing Multiple video presenters along with display of their name and time zone in their video.

What i miss, but probalbly just not see, is a virtual background option.

It is a pity that there is no possibility to divide people into groups during the meeting, eg breakout rooms in zoom.

Ease of use and integration to Zoho CRM, which means you can meet with clients / prospects and log the meeting as an activity.

Too tight of an integration with other zoho products; have had moments where users accidentally enrolled into other systems by accident.

Easy to setup and invite guests, manage the conference, it also many useful functions like conference recording that you can review later for reference.

Integration with Zoho CRM is seamless. Reminders for both the host and the attendees is a great feature.

It is very quick to learn and the features are very useful. The tool is very intuitive, like many Zoho tools, so far we are very happy with it.

I highly recommend it to all companies looking for a great platform for business communications.
