  • Pros

  • Quick and easy set up for guests - GREAT notification of arrivals (strongest attribute).
  • The app is intuitive and reliable. It consistently notified me of a visitors entry to the neighborhood and adding visitors and vendors was easy.
  • Cons

  • Sometimes names go missing or comeback, occaisional gate issues -trouble is we never know where the problem really is but the reputation of the tool suffers when it happens.
  • When I add a new vendor, I have to scroll to the very bottom of the existing neighborhood list which is very inconvenient.

  • I like knowing who has the client checked in. I like the ease of switching locations.
  • What I appreciated most was the ease with which we could transform a sometimes chaotic check-in and queuing experience into a seamless one where visitors felt like they were taken care of.
  • Cons

  • The overall look of qminder seems a bit ugly and out of date. Please give it a refresh on the UI.
  • Sometimes it is with a delay that pushes our drivers wait longer.
