  • Pros

  • We use this tool to capture data of walk in clients at the centre. It's amazing because we can easily run reports.
  • It eliminated the cost of an employee and their benefits. It's easy for our guests to use.
  • Cons

  • When someone arrives, the text can sometimes look off on my phone, but may be phone error, not app error.
  • The foreign language option is limited. Meaning you have to personally sellect and translate all the text (painful).

  • WeTravel is an inexpensive and great option for managing multiday tours. They are very competitively priced and their system is easy to use with great customer support.
  • Easy to use, inexpensive, and very useful. Customer assistance ([sensitive content hidden]) is also great.
  • Cons

  • The same gateway provider is some sketchy company that triggers all kinds of fraud warnings.
  • Receipt Number appears ONLY on the confirmation email we receive when someone pays. On the payment dashboard there is no place where the receipt number of each transaction can be found.
