Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • 3cx is the Best of the Best i have no complaints this product is rock solid , easy to setup and the price is worth it hands down.

  • I love this software. I can be away from my desk or out of the office and still have the ability to take my office phone calls from the laptop.

  • Cons

  • Set-up was not quite as user friendly as I would have liked. There is somewhat of a learning curve involved in using this platform; however, it serves the purpose.

  • the system is quite good and stable but the price is high, that would have to be improved since there are other options in the market

  • Pros

  • I love the ease of use for the dashboard that allows me to keep track of my number of daily calls. This makes it easier to fill out my end of day reports for my supervisors.

  • I like everything that is easy to control that it costs little money

  • Cons

  • small outages, but not often, it was probably caused by the Internet

  • We started to use CloudTalk more than 2 years ago, back then it was quite basic product with lots of features missing. But they managed to grow and add a lot of stuff and fix most of the issues.
