The quality of audio and video was great. Interface and navigation is easy for all range of customers.

PROS

It was easy to install and use. User interface clear and easy to understand for all range of user.

CONS

It made my phone really hot and battery usage was high

Chat and live meetings.

Avria enables collaborative meetings with colleagues allowing a more fluid exchange of documents; it offers real-time, group and private chat; you can share screens with your colleagues and record meetings and calls to generate more targeted reports.

PROS

I like Avria because: It allows you to keep track of conversations and meetings. It allows you to organize meetings with polls and comments. It helps to improve interconnectivity between work teams.

CONS

It is a little known software, it is the only limitation that I find because it is superior to other similar software that I know.
