Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • Tooling is great and easy to use. It offers much more customization without having to contact the vendor than anyone else. Customer service is stellar across all teams.

  • The user friendly dashboard is great! I love the new number ordering section and how easy it is to upload line options for a large amount of numbers at one time.

  • Cons

  • Not much, everything is easily accessible from the start. The only thing I would like is a better way to handle certain tasks en masse, but their customer service is great and can handle any request.

  • I would say the ordering of phone numbers can sometimes be tedious. The old version is what I use and it is much easier to navigate.

  • Pros

  • The customer service with this company is really amazing. They are great at taking feedback and like to try to incorporate this into their product roadmap.

  • We love the ease of use for both the agency as well as for our clients. We also love the mobile app for us and clients

  • Cons

  • There are issues from time to time with bad numbers. However, for the most part their customer service is quick to fix.

  • The reporting takes a little time to get the hang of, but once you've got it down - it isn't too bad.
