Porting Telephone numbers, there is NO WAY to remove and add numbers. You will still need to cancel and re-key which is very time consuming.

Good customer support, over all the software is easy to use. Overall layout is clean and doesn't have too many distractions.

The user friendly dashboard is great. I love the new number ordering section and how easy it is to upload line options for a large amount of numbers at one time.
