Pros/Cons
  • Pros

  • Good customer support, over all the software is easy to use. Overall layout is clean and doesn't have too many distractions.
  • The user friendly dashboard is great. I love the new number ordering section and how easy it is to upload line options for a large amount of numbers at one time.
  • Cons

  • Porting Telephone numbers, there is NO WAY to remove and add numbers. You will still need to cancel and re-key which is very time consuming.
  • If you have to search and change the settings on multiple DID's it is very unintuitive and slow. They do not support right-clicking and opening many elements in a new tab due to poor web coding.

  • OnSIP has the best customer service hands down. No matter what your issue is, from initial set up to random questions years later, they are always super helpful and find the answer for you.
  • Everytime I have needed customer service I have had an excellent experience and they have taken care of each issue with great care and speed getting me back online and going again quickly.
  • Cons

  • There are a few features that we need - telemarketing blocking or global blocking; international calling allowed but to only specific countries.
  • With a hosted pbx if you lose internet, you are down. Vs separate phone system with actual lines would stay up.
