Great option for digital sharing of board materials.

I like having a secure file sharing system that offers safe communication and file archiving features. I like having a dedicated system for board management.

Teaching old dogs new tricks and training board members how to use the program and getting board members to use the collaboration tools.

As mentioned above, helping board members especially in a smaller nonprofit where they may be inexperienced in such a role but have good intentions, is a help.

I love the user-friendly design and the appearance and ease of use for the end-user. Finding documents is easy; iPad app is great; building meeting books is easy; customer support is very good.

The inability to move the order of books around.

BoardEffect has given us the ability to communicate with our board more effectively.

The Board Effect product is easy to use; intuitive for all of our 30+ users. Really like the 'build an agenda' feature as it creates a clean, professional agenda each time.

Very positive and all issues are resolved very quickly with a phone call.

BoardEffect was easy to set up and is intuitive to use. New Board Members are able to quickly orient themselves with minimal support.

I appreciate the ease of use both from an administrator standpoint and from the board members' use.

There is not much that we don't like about BoardEffect.

The transition has been amazingly smooth. Training of the new workrooms and top level administrators has been excellent; customer service has been very responsive.

For admins I wish for greater ease in creating meeting books and editing them to make them look the way we want to.

I struggle to come up with this, but at the moment it is still difficult for some of my board members to log on, but enhancements are coming this year to allow for touch id log on.

It is the one place we can all trust to have the latest documents and tools to help guide our board governance. It has made our board feel successful individually and successful as a whole.

Using the BoardEffect software is very useful and great for our Board of Directors to use on iPads.

Agendas become giant as soon as documents are added and there is no way to change that.

The customer service and overall product are great and are very reliable for the services we needed.

It does what it does very well. It is easy to get board materials loaded, the user experience for trustees is excellent, it is easy to use and the customer support is outstanding.

Boardeffect makes my job extremely easy. Very easy to navigate, its saves plenty of time and my board members love it.

Only issue board members have pains about is the app on an iPad, there is no log out option.

It’s the best professional level software for any office or school. Very reliable and super user friendly.

I grew up with this software, it was taught to me at school and I thought it was the only way to do things. I was in love with Microsoft 365, its useful, accessible and easy to use tools.

I love that the programs integrate seamlessly and can store files online in the SharePoint platform for ease of use when sharing documents for collaboration.

It's very easy to use and the fact that you are able to not only switch between them very quickly and seamlessly, but the fact that they integrate with one another is amazing.

Overall experience is great start from installing to using and updating yearly in the organisation. It just takes care of its own when it comes to updating which is great.

It is terrible on mobile or even if you just have the admin panel taking up half of your screen. Can be frustrating to work with.

The overall suite is nice to collaborate with fellow employees on specifically Microsoft Teams is amazing for collaboration.

My overall experience is good  I would recommend this program to everyone. I have had a positive experience  with this program.

If I have no internet connection then I an not able to access anything which can be frustrating if I am out somewhere with no connection.

My experience with Microsoft 365 has been great. I really like using the software because it helps me with business letters and eeseach.

It's nice to have a one-stop-shop for all of your needs. That makes it super helpful because it works across platforms.

Non profit pricing is excellent. Love the Office 365 Exchange much better than on-site.

Customer Service is included in the cos,  I have had to call them a couple of times and have been taken care of by a real person and they have resolved whatever issue I was having.

Everything you love about the disk version of Microsoft but in the cloud. Super easy to use, super easy to share - and you can plugin in Grammarly.

I like some of the apps that you can integrate with the system. They are superior and more advanced.

There are many things that I love about this program. The price point is fantastic, especially considering all the resources you get for a small monthly fee.

It's super easy to setup for my employees. I get the peace of mind they are using the best.

And all includen in the same plan. I use it in my work space and its amazing, the flexibility and the integration is amazing.

I like the ease of use of Office 365. It is a great value for the money and helps me keep all of my business information easily accessible.

The auto quarantining is a bit aggressive and sometimes has false positives. As an admin I can release them so no email is lost, but still a bit annoying.

I love that they offer Office 365 for free to use, and I love the ease of most of their apps, such as Microsoft Word, and a few other docs.

Doing the same search query on desktop vs. browser will consistently return different results, which is particularly frustrating. The calendaring system has also gotten worse over the years.

The overall experience has been wonderful. Even the customer support was a pleasant surprise, compared to others.

It was a godsend to have 365 in place, because I was able to move my business out of the office as needed during the more challenging springtime, and now have the option to work from home as desired.

The microsoft suite is amazing because it is compatible with pretty much everything now. Making documents is great because it has review things where you can send things to other people.

Microsoft Support is horrible and it takes an incredibly long time to get through to them if you have a problem.

Overall Microsoft 365 is an amazing product with great features and wonderful customer service.

The customer service staff is amazing and well trained. My experience with Office 365 has been amazing and I will continue using this product.

It’s been a great product and I like having mag programs to get various jobs done. Price point is good and quality is great.

The worst thing would be that its hard to recover lost excel documents as they don't show in recent workbooks.

I love that this program is very easy to use and has lots of functionality. I also love that there is a place to find answers when necessary.
