  • very easy to use and terrific reporting features

  • Great reports and easy to access phone recordings. Highly recommended!!

  • Layout seems a little out dated but other than that really no problems.

  • Reporting was a little hard to learn, but once I got it; became a piece of cake.

  • This product is great, and the mobile app is so easy to use

  • My company uses this product to communicate internally and externally, the app makes it easy to use even on my mobile phone! Great product

  • Cons

  • Sometimes it crashes, but good software overall.

  • The program does take a little longer to load at the initial start up but other than that, the program works great.
