Great software
Great tool for helping me streamline my cleaning business. I like the quote follow up feature and the review request. My experience with the software is being great

Emitrr makes it easy for our team to communicate with our customers via text messages.
In a world where people rarely answer phone calls, texting through Emitrr allows for effective and efficient communications with our customers. I cannot imagine operating our business without it!
PROSEmitrr makes it easy for our team to communicate with our customers via text messages. We love that everyone has access to see and respond to customer communications. We use it in the office daily and our technicians also use the app in the field so that all communication comes from the office number and customers do not get their personal phone numbers.
CONSI cannot think of any cons with Emitrr. When we have had any issues or questions their customer support team has been quick to get us an answer!

Great Service, Highly Recommend
this is an easy software to navigate while using other screens
CONSit lags when I am trying to reach a patient I cannot instantly hear them and they cannot hear me which causes them to eventually hang up.

Glad we found Emitrr
Overal - we enjoy using Emitrr. This has given us the freedom to communicate with our customers where all our staff and lead field technician can see and communicate effectively with our consumers.
PROSWe love the integration with our CRM System, HouseCall Pro, and Slack which we use to communicate in-house. As for the texting communication functions of this product, we couldn't ask for more. They are always adding new updates and the improvements are always excellent! They help with the day to day functionality of the product.
CONSThe only true "con" for us is that the VoIP function of the feature is not available and it was not reliable at the time we tried to implement it. We currently use another product but are patiently waiting for this feature within Emtirr to be perfected so that we can keep all our communication within 1 platform. Another small "con" is that it takes the app and desktop just a little longer than preferred to fresh when new messages come in....but I am sure that can be fixed.

We chose Emitrr not only for its functionality but for the simple fact they partnered with HouseCall Pro and the integration is "golden'!
Reasons for switching to Emitrr
Sideline had limited features and was difficult to search for conversations, it took a lot of time to scroll through the messages to find the one you intended to respond to, especially if it had been more than 1 day.

Best customer service and great software!
[SENSITIVE CONTENT] and the team have been super attentive and try to accommodate all of my company's needs. They keep improving the software and add features upon demand. The software on the computer has all the features and the mobile has slightly less, so definitely recommend using it on the computer as an admin, but has all the features needed on mobile if you are on the go.
CONSThe yeam keeps improving constantly so I am sire they will have all the features necessary.
