A useful and fascinating tool
I have been using this tool for about a year now and thanks to Jifflenow, it has made me a more organized and serious person because meetings can be a struggle for some people. I am truly happy!
PROSI truly appreciate the level of organization it allows me to have with all my meetings. This has helped me so much with my organization skills, which I am so glad I discovered this software. I like how it has managed to help me understand how to organize myself.
CONSI do not find any flaw with this software to be honest. Everything is labeled in a simple and organized way. It accomplishes what it promises, at least I think that and I appreciate it.

Indispensable Tool for Conference Meetings
We implemented this tool 3 years ago and it changed the game when it came to our processes for events. We attend shows with over 350 meetings and that wouldn’t be possible to execute effectively without Jifflenow.
PROSJifflenow keeps all of our meetings organized in one place to make the most efficient use of our company’s time at trade shows and conferences.
CONSNo substantial cons. Our company is ever evolving and the scale of our usage of this tool continues to rise, but Jifflenow is always there to support!

Jifflenow automated a lot of the work we work doing in Excel to track meetings.

Jifflenow is great for scheduling, but has setbacks
Overall, and the platform is easy to use and the app is helpful for people on the go but you cannot rely on it for heavy hitter integration with SalesForce or really custom type work. If you are strictly interested in the number of meetings and being able to see basic information about the meeting like company or location or participants then this is a great tool. But if you are looking for more sophisticated reporting an integration, it’s going to come up short and require a lot of manual work to make sure overall, and the platform is easy to use and the app is helpful for people on the go but you cannot rely on it for heavy hitter integration with SalesForce or really custom type work. If you are strictly interested in the number of meetings and being able to see basic information about the meeting like company or location or participants then this is a great tool. But if you are looking for more sophisticated reporting and integration, it’s going to come up short and require a lot of manual work to make sure the data is correct
PROSI was very excited when I did my first demo with this product. But once we got into the nitty-gritty details of customization, integration with SalesForce, and how we were going to track and report out… I started to experience some setbacks. Overall, it’s easy to use and the app is helpful for people on the go but I don’t know if I would recommend this if you want robust reporting and integration with SalesForce
CONSYou are limited with features and integration. There are a lot of things that require custom work with admin’s on both sides and somethings are just not possible. We were really hoping to have a sophisticated integration with SalesForce when it came to Leeds, campaigns, and automation, but we ended up having to do a lot of data loading and cleanup work before the event and after the event to ensure we got it right

Jifflenow is the leading event meeting management software currently on the market today
We have run over 300 meeting programs with Jifflenow to-date. It's enabled use to triple our production without increasing staff. Our executive administrators appreciate that we vet the meeting requests first before it comes to them and their executive. The briefing details are in the body of the invitation for only internal users, so they only need their smart phones to prepare for a meeting. Every year, more and more teams in our company want to use the meeting program because they see the value of personal meetings at trade shows and other events.

CONSThe meeting agenda is not in the invitation to the guest attendees (external invitee), they get a generic invitation; you can write it in the subject line as a workaround but it's not a clean approach. Not enough information symbols to click on that tell users how to use a feature. Does not tell you if an invitation is forwarded to another user (so you don't know who got it) No feature to remind meeting guest to attend via text message or simple email, you have to remind them by resending the invitation. Sometimes they release new features or changes without completely telling us what's changing Software updates are not always perfect, if may take a few months before it's smooth

Jifflenow enabled use to triple our production without increasing staff, it gave users self-service capability, our executive administrators have full visibility to their executive's schedule and briefing reports, my team can ready produce customized reports to service the various needs of our stakeholders, it has a small workflow process that enables us to review a meeting request before approving it and sending calendar invitations, and it was easy to use with more features.

Second year using this tool for our meeting planning for RSA and still VERY happy with it!!
Made data entry of the numerous sales and exec meetings I receive for our annual presence at RSA so much easier. In the past it was a very manual process of entering into a spreadsheet model and getting people to register via outlook (that was a nightmare). This tool has made meeting management much more streamlined.
PROSEase of usability of the tool. We use this tool to book all of our sales and executive meetings during RSA, our biggest event we have presence at, and it really makes life so much easier with tracking and scheduling and the ability to customize your reports to help with lead capture for ROI is ideal.
CONSIt would be nice when you add a new user they would be recognized and auto populate into the user list (I've had to re-add folks that I already added as a new user several times). I notice you enter in the email and their info auto populates but they aren't in the main user list.
