It’s the best professional level software for any office or school. Very reliable and super user friendly.

I grew up with this software, it was taught to me at school and I thought it was the only way to do things. I was in love with Microsoft 365, its useful, accessible and easy to use tools.

I love that the programs integrate seamlessly and can store files online in the SharePoint platform for ease of use when sharing documents for collaboration.

It's very easy to use and the fact that you are able to not only switch between them very quickly and seamlessly, but the fact that they integrate with one another is amazing.

Overall experience is great start from installing to using and updating yearly in the organisation. It just takes care of its own when it comes to updating which is great.

It is terrible on mobile or even if you just have the admin panel taking up half of your screen. Can be frustrating to work with.

The overall suite is nice to collaborate with fellow employees on specifically Microsoft Teams is amazing for collaboration.

My overall experience is good  I would recommend this program to everyone. I have had a positive experience  with this program.

If I have no internet connection then I an not able to access anything which can be frustrating if I am out somewhere with no connection.

My experience with Microsoft 365 has been great. I really like using the software because it helps me with business letters and eeseach.

It's nice to have a one-stop-shop for all of your needs. That makes it super helpful because it works across platforms.

Non profit pricing is excellent. Love the Office 365 Exchange much better than on-site.

Customer Service is included in the cos,  I have had to call them a couple of times and have been taken care of by a real person and they have resolved whatever issue I was having.

Everything you love about the disk version of Microsoft but in the cloud. Super easy to use, super easy to share - and you can plugin in Grammarly.

I like some of the apps that you can integrate with the system. They are superior and more advanced.

There are many things that I love about this program. The price point is fantastic, especially considering all the resources you get for a small monthly fee.

The auto quarantining is a bit aggressive and sometimes has false positives. As an admin I can release them so no email is lost, but still a bit annoying.

I love that they offer Office 365 for free to use, and I love the ease of most of their apps, such as Microsoft Word, and a few other docs.

Doing the same search query on desktop vs. browser will consistently return different results, which is particularly frustrating. The calendaring system has also gotten worse over the years.

The overall experience has been wonderful. Even the customer support was a pleasant surprise, compared to others.

It was a godsend to have 365 in place, because I was able to move my business out of the office as needed during the more challenging springtime, and now have the option to work from home as desired.

The microsoft suite is amazing because it is compatible with pretty much everything now. Making documents is great because it has review things where you can send things to other people.

Microsoft Support is horrible and it takes an incredibly long time to get through to them if you have a problem.

Overall Microsoft 365 is an amazing product with great features and wonderful customer service.

It’s been a great product and I like having mag programs to get various jobs done. Price point is good and quality is great.

The worst thing would be that its hard to recover lost excel documents as they don't show in recent workbooks.

Almost everybody is familiar with the software, so it's easy to introduce in a company setting. It's a great platform for team communication (chats and video conferencing).

It is quite easy to search for people and also tremendously practical for making a call abroad.

It's very helpfull when studying with mates: We can share screen and communicate, which helps to explain and share ideas more easily, like we are studying together at the same room.

The least I dislike about this app is that if you try to send other people request to make a lot of friends  then they block your account which is so disgusting.

Not user friendly enough, application is often loaded with unnecessary features that makes it unprofessional and slow to use.

Overall, Skype is a good product to have as an individual or as a business.

What I really like about Skype is the ease of use of the app, everything you need is accessible and functional.

The majority of people now use Zoom, so it is hard to find someone who still uses it. Therefore, unless you have regular contact on the platform, you may not use it.

Sadly, I can't count how many times meetings were interrupted or dropped, or faced with technical challenges. It was usually quite frustrating for all parties involved in the meeting.

It is easy to use and the option to phone call is usefull.

It is really a user friendly product, which a simple interface and quick messaging feature. Video and audio quality are also good.

We love how easy Skype is to use. It makes meetings a breeze.

Connectivity (FREEZES) Issues. Lack of new features, it's been the same for years.

It is also convenient to integrate other applications to Skype. Skype also works very well on my laptop as well as my mobile phone and the audio/video during calls is high quality.

Overall I have  the best experience while using this app. It is a one of a kind I wouldnt  not trade it for any other app.

What I like most about Skype is the UI and the fact that it's user friendly. Messaging for business and sending/accessing files is super easy.

Screen share feature is amazing and completely free of cost. It is a simple and amazing software.

There have been times when I have not received a call even though the caller was calling. New group call feature which doesn't auto ring is annoying as well.

For both personal and business reasons, Skype is a terrific way to connect quickly and effortlessly.

I love that I can easily call people and receive calls. I personally find the screenshare option remarkably useful, espeically when I have to hold presentations or teaching online.

Skype used to be a mainstay in my field (ancient history) because of its ability to connect international scholars cheaply and easily. It was mostly stable, fairly easy to use, and low-fuss.

There was a time in the past when it worked well enough and there weren't many other options. However, I believe there are now many better options out there for your time, money, and security.

So immediately they accept the request you can speak in your language and they  will hear in their language and that makes a good and easy conversation with them.

Great tool for chatting, conferance and video calling. User-interface is very good.

Skype is the undisputed leader in instant messaging for small businesses. It has a fast chat interface and is best for small conversations and planned meetings with stable screen sharing features.

There is not much I do not like, but the lack of support of break-out rooms is something I have noticed and missed on occasion, though a minor gripe.

The one thing It makes me not like the software that much is the lagging and freezing problem.

Skype's OneDrive integration enables you to share files one-by-one or in bulk over Skype. Any content from your computer or phone can be shared with your colleagues if video meetings are not enough.

I like that this software is free, simple, and easy to set up. It does not require a lot of knowledge and the format and design is clear.
