  • Pros

  • What I appreciate the most is the responsiveness of the team, no matter the day and time I need help.
  • I like the ease of use it has and the top notch customer support that always helps me to set up new client accounts fast and effectively.
  • Cons

  • Actually brings the experience down a bit but that is the only negative part of the platform.
  • The feature of blocking certain country codes is only available at a more costly subscription level. Should have been integrated with the base level subscription.

  • Ooma has a great online system that allows you to easily forward calls to your cellphone and send faxes. The online system is very user friendly and I have not had any issues with.
  • Easy integration, setup and porting of numbers. We like the ease of use of the virtual receptionist and the new SMS and text messaging is great.
  • Cons

  • Limitations on the Ooma Business products. Problems transferring calls in larger installations.
  • Sometimes the call quality is horrible or just flat out unable to connect and it seems they have a lot of outages.
