  • Pros

  • The company and support team have been great to deal with. Not only has the customer service been superb, but the quality of the product (phones) and service (call quality) has been amazing.
  • I love the customer service the best!!!! They are always on top of their game, and willing to go above and beyond to help you out.
  • It is great in price and have had great results with it so far. Our company has been using Ooma for a few years now and have recommended it to a few of our clients.
  • Cons

  • Constant problems with messages not being received, calls not being forwarded and the system just not working.
  • But when it doesn't, there is a major disruption to business and the perception of our clients is hurt. Wouldn't really recommend this product unless you have a full time IT Person to manage it.
  • Limitations on the Ooma Business products. Problems transferring calls in larger installations.

  • The flexible pricing options allow me to select the best product for each customer. I have been pleased with the technical support provided.
  • I am providing fax serices to several small businesses. The cost savings allow me to make a nice profit and save my customers a lot of money as well.
  • I love the API integration docs and what they have in place. My results came out pretty amazing and the team was more than willing to help me through the process.
  • Cons

  • There is very little that I can say that would be considered bad.
  • It is a bit difficult to debug errors when I experienced them in Telnyx.
  • Only downside is that they don't offer a fax <-> email service.
