  • Pros

  • Almost everybody is familiar with the software, so it's easy to introduce in a company setting. It's a great platform for team communication (chats and video conferencing).
  • It is quite easy to search for people and also tremendously practical for making a call abroad.
  • Cons

  • The least I dislike about this app is that if you try to send other people request to make a lot of friends then they block your account which is so disgusting.
  • Not user friendly enough, application is often loaded with unnecessary features that makes it unprofessional and slow to use.

  • Pretty much everything is OK , it is easy to navigate as a administrator and for the agents as well.
  • Time zones are extremely convenient and the reports allow us to track & improve metrics. It's been priceless in that regard.
  • Cons

  • The problem I have with this software is the fact that once a agent has dispositioned the call it cannot be modified. For example if any information is incorrect it cannot be corrected.
  • Once they learned to use it in their daily routines it has made them work more efficiently. We have had some trouble with a loss of connection.
