The problem I have with this software is the fact that once a agent has dispositioned the call it cannot be modified. For example if any information is incorrect it cannot be corrected.

Thank you for such a comprehensive system that is extremely easy to use.

Once they learned to use it in their daily routines it has made them work more efficiently. We have had some trouble with a loss of connection.

Pretty much everything is OK , it is easy to navigate as a administrator and  for the agents as well.

Another issue we have is when Windows updates are installed an server is restarted all the services that run the dialers don't always start even if they are setup to restart if they fail to start.

Time zones are extremely convenient and the reports allow us to track & improve metrics. It's been priceless in that regard.

For companies like ours that are not very technologically inclined, having their customer service team available to answer questions and troubleshoot has been WONDERFUL and a must.

Using OPC's superb Support and technical teams, we have integrated with multiple CRMs (MS-CRM, SalesForce, ACT! etc) as well as a variety of PBX platforms such as Avaya, TrixBox and Panasonic systems.

Quick and Helpful Customer Service. Very Flexible, Accommodates to business needs.

Nice to have a completely integrated solution for all customer information as well as script help for callers.

Either way, I had to PAY AGAIN, and AGAIN, it still did not work.

Easy to setup and configure. Scalable to increase as our business grows.

This is a great option for businesses who are required to contact hundreds or even thousands of people in a single day in an efficient matter. Constantly being upgraded.

There was always a 3-5 second delay before the message was left so we were never able to use it. The company was never able to demonstrate a working product refused to give me my money back.

Quite a positive experience. We needed one system to unite several offices and easily achieved it with Zadarma.

There are several technical issues with PBX, such as lack of transfer functions integration with hardware and software phones.

Great value calls from simple to configure software  - works from my contact list  and integrates with my call logs.

I think Zadarma is an outstanding company that must be appreciated and supported in order to continue. It did make my life a lot easier, personally and for business.

It is a great project which for me personally has opened up my business activities in fields i was not aware at all i could do.

With Zadarma we got an amazing solution for a very attractive price. It’s seems like there’s nothing their service cannot do.

Then you discover they have totally stupid pricing based on 10 countries that are totally unrelated and illogic. Calls from any other major coutry is extremely expensive.

They are the unpaid police VOIP gatekeepers- No north american company or voip requires a passport for a number and SMS setup.

Never saw such an unprofessional approach form any service provider. They require a passport as verification proof.

Easy to use,  exception installation and application. Moneywise is reasonable.

The price does not depend on the number of users, we are expanding rapidly and appreciate that we do not have to pay extra for each new employee.

Purchased virtual # solely to forward UK calls to a US cell phone - support has been responsive.

Call forwarding as of yet does not work. They test calls from their system which is absolutely meaningless.

Very good experience, we didn't have any problems everything works smoothly.

Software, I mean the App for the I phone is great and easy to use. Softphone on the web  is easy to operate, while the general menu is still confusing.

Poor customer service and difficult sign-up process.

Very good software works perfectly in Mexico. Customer Support is great in different languages.

Zadarma is simple and easy to use. Non-tech guys will get along with it quickly.

The service I needed was not functional, Zadarma support refused to issue a refund.

SMS delivery was not working and they refused to refund.

Very easy to set up, we managed to do everything on our own.

Test call from my US land line to the virtual # also fail. No resolution yet... prepare to cancel and chargeback.

Support and Implementation Instructions Beyond Poor.

Fails all the time, terrible customer support, they take your money and then ask.

A couple of time there were situations with wrong calls when the number belonged to someone else, and people kept calling it.

Once ported, our incoming calls keep cutting at 30secs.

I don't think I ever tried contacting customer service. The ability to pay for services is very easy.

Zadarma is a great phone system for small businesses. It's easy to set up lines, extensions and numbers and it's very reliable.

The phone call was perhaps the most revealing in that the person who called had such poor English language skills that he gave up after two or three attempts to communicate.

Overall I consider this a great service with very useful features.

The service is cheap, but customer service is HORRIBLE to say the least.

I purchased a virtual number from Zadarma. After setting it up on my phone with their app, I immediately started getting dozens of spam calls a day on the new number.

I can call Bulgarian mobile numbers which would otherwise be very expensive with our local phone service. Voice quality is very good.
