Connectivity might be lacking occasionally, especially on low Wi-Fi. Otherwise it is simple to use. Honestly. At times, it may be challenging to coordinate communications across devices. Yeah, it integrates perfectly with the rest of the Zoom features... so I don’t have to switch between different apps all the time. I can easily make calls right away on the go (something great when I'm running around between classes or study sessions). The call quality is also really clear; communicating with professors, classmates, and even patients is made so much easier. #### Cons One thing I don’t like about Zoom Phone is that sometimes it can be a bit unreliable, especially if I’m switching between my laptop and phone during a call. There have been a few instances where I’ve had trouble reconnecting, and it can be frustrating, especially when I’m trying to discuss something urgent with a colleague or professor. Also, if my internet connection isn’t strong enough, the call quality drops, and it’s hard to hear clearly. That’s something I’ve run into a few times, and it can be annoying when I’m in the middle of a study session or discussing a clinical case. I also wish there were more options for customizing notifications because I’ve missed calls occasionally, especially if I’m in a lecture or study group and don’t hear the alert.
