Pros
- The software is user friendly and easy to manage. I like that we were able to upgrade for no cost when we went from EZ Pay Manager to EZ Pay Suite.
- It's easy to use and makes check printing fast and easy. Great customer service with prompt answers and solutions.
Cons
- Twice I brought up a deficiency in the software and I was told it a request would be submitted to correct it but the problem would not be fixed till the next release.
- Ugly interface, difficult to navigate settings. Crash prone when checkbook settings need to be changed.
Pros
- I like the fact that it integrates with a bunch of other things and makes it super useful for invoicing.
- It had great tech support, excellent documentation, and superb online help. A great product for a very wide range of businesses.
Cons
- The update method and stability of the software is just poor. The file has to be repaired sometimes because it gets corrupted.
- It can be a pain when you make a mistake and try to fix it. For some things, there are too many steps to fix the mistake.
