Due to the ease of use of this product, the entire team that now does Daily Reports does them quickly and easily and most important they do them DAILY because of this great product.

There has not been any issues or problems with the software that has stood out to me. Only thing I've had trouble with in the past has been pictures uploading sideways.

The pros of this software are the synchronicity and ease of implementation with other software. Several of our other vital programs are able to link to Raken and so that is our favorite part about it.

The app keeps logging my guys out & they have problems logging back in. I am having problems getting my reports.

This is a good piece of software for small to mid size contractors. It allows easy tracking of time and costs allocated to a project, and can help keep you on track to maintain profitability.

Simple is good, very good. Please don't screw it up.

Its great, easy-to-understand interface makes it easy to track and track tasks and adds much to your perfect report creation.

Unfortunately it is missing some key features that I needed. You are not able to customize the reports enough for our use.

On the desktop, we frequently got error messages saying an internal error has occurred. This never happened once on mobiles.

Love that we can customize our cost codes and track prevailing wage classifications. Our field guys are notified their time cards are ready and it is very easy for them to go in an approve.

Our company loves this app its been great for the field guys and the fact it tracks hours is a plus. Customer service is great.

I dislike having to scroll to find my subcontractors on my jobsite everyday.

Simple Interface,  focused functionality makes it simple. Great to help keep record of conversations with subs and document safety concerns.

Being able to have them all in one location is nice. Also, sending out daily reports to other people that need to see them is a great feature.

The best feature of this app is the ease of use for all of our foremen. The speak-to-text works great, and uploading pictures are simple.

This program is easy to use for some of our staff who is not tech friendly. The ease of this program works for our field.

Owners love the Super Daily. Weekly & monthly reports are great ways to keep management involved.

Our safety consultants are able to save report writing time by using Raken on their smartphone or tablets  which saves our clients money. We love the Raken report and its professional product.

Depending on network coverage using from your phone can be negative. When you go into the photo app you can't see the dates photos were taking making it difficult to select correct date range.

The waiting time to speak with a Rep.  This can be frustrating especially when you are closing the period.

Unless you've integrated with other field software or have previous Sage implementation experience, a custom install from a Sage rep can be costly.

If I run are report and print it from the report menu, you shut the menu down and make me reselect all of the filters, is this intentional just to piss me off.

I love the inquiries that you can create with this product. They are easy to create and once you are done, you can throw it to excel.

Service management integration has issues. Does not always work well.

The inability to change vendor numbers ourselves. In the Inquiry, we need to be able to sort by any column.

I have had great success in applying the knowledge I have learned thru Timberlines, Knowledge base.

We chose Sage (Timberline) because we needed a good JC software. We are overall satisfied with Sage.

I have had mostly positive experience with Sage 300, and I find that it really helps my job with how easy it is to use.

User friendly ease of the navigation from one area to another.

Sage is great to work with, especially their help desk. The best support that I have ever experienced.

I like the ability to be able to write reports that are meaningful and exactly what I need.

Office Connector is a nice addition as many reports are not available out of the box...such as a CashFlow Statement and a good WIP report that can be modified and adjusted.

Custom reports have to be done by others at a cost because the software is so difficult to use (Crystal). Canned reports are terrible and have to be re-written in order to get the correct information.

The cost for this program, along with the cost of each user is ridiculous. Trying to find something in Sage Paperless is equally as difficult as trying to use Sage 300.

I have over 35 years experience as an account and experience with Sage less than one year. There was a significant learning curve; however, the support team is the greatest.

The owner/ management likes the various reports I am able to produce from the system. Overall, we are pleased with the Sage product.

It is nothing but lipstick on a pig and the worst software I have used in recent history.

I like the way that these modules cover most of the activities that I need. Reporting flexibility and program stability have always been good.

I was very disappointed then with the SM module as it was not going to do what I was told it could but it was to late at that point as we had made the switch.

We are using this system because we spent too much money on it to just stop using it now and purchase another system.

Overall, Sage CRE300 does a good job with accounting and job cost reporting. Data entry is easy to navigate through.

I like the fact that there are so many areas you can find help, and knowledge for questions that need answered.

So, Job Cost, Payroll, AP, AR GL and CM flow together very well.

Now that I'm trained on it and had a few opportunities to pick the help desks brain I have found that it is really a great fit for the construction industry.
