Pros/Cons

Pros
I really like the fact that it has many features and it is fast and good
This app is very easy to use. It's very easy to find events and save them by clicking on the heart. I also like how the app saves your tickets.

Cons
The one con I came across is that we couldn't find a way to request donations for a free ticket. Or a way to purchase a ticket for an entire family? But other than that we still love the software!
Sometimes the software can run a little slow on the website, but overall it is a good program to use.

Pros
The highly responsive and accessible Tech support. The ease of use of the system.
The software is easy to figure out and set up. If you need help, their Customer Support is excellent. They have been very responsive and easy to work with.

Cons
Don't really have any cons. Since it is the only software like it I have ever used, I don't have anything to compare to, but I really enjoy using it.
Along with the improvements came a cost increase, certainly reasonable, but not the bargain it used to be for non-profits.
