If you switch between this and the other software ADP provides its is very confusing as both of the login platforms are extremely similar and confusing to employees.

It’s been great so user friendly and comprehensive. I can see anyone with any sort of experience and in any position loving this software.

I've had one or two problems with logging in over time, and once had a problem with resetting my password for some reason. That were the only 2 issues I've had when accessing WorkforceNow.

I love that employees can check on their paystubs and benefits on this software as well. I also love how fluid and easy it is to do payroll now.

Ever since switching from QuickBooks, TimeClick has offered a better way for us to log our attendance and time on the clock in an easy manner.

The technical support team is great. We just recently upgraded to the newest version of the software.

Not to add holidays or vacation. If employees leave a note or if I leave can not see it at the report.

If accidentally unplugged takes quite a while to reboot.

Periodically it will stall and I have to check the message on the server. Usually just an upgrade or subscription notice.

TimeClick has a user-friendly intuitive interface with excellent admin tools. It also has a great reporting feature as well.

We have been using TimeClick since 2014 and have had only two issues - we have had computers fail and it is difficult to get the licenses freed up to apply to a new computer.

The reports can be confusing, otherwise I have no other cons.

We have a small office and crew. This works great for all, it's easy to log in and great at time tracking.

TimeClick by Hawkeye Technology is an on-premise time and attendance system for small to midsize businesses. The solution serves a wide range of industries including banking, engineering, healthcare, and retail.


With TimeClick, employees can clock in and out and track breaks (paid, unpaid, or both) by selecting their name from a customized menu and entering their password. Accrued time tracking and management (i.e. Vacation, Sick, and PTO) is available as well.
