The software is customizable to providers which is nice, we have tools that help track productivity and we are able to keep a constant stream of revenue with our billing.

It integrated so poorly that we had to go with another EHR which was bad because our EHR was great-the only reason we left was because of this product from Advanced MD.

It is very glitchy and not the most user-friendly for our therapists. We've gotten several complaints from them.

The note templates are often difficult to customize and once done tend to have bugs that cause our providers frustration.

I still am not sure if they were lying or just incompetent. Eventually we changed EMRs and moved all the charts to another billing service.

AdvancedMD is very user friendly with all the bells and whistles.

I love the ease in being able to schedule patients and be able to schedule future appointments.

This is convenient to use because you can use it on your phone, iPad, computer, etc. it allows me to do work remotely and it’s great. The  phone version is easy to use.

Communication is very poor. It has been difficult getting people to understand a therapy clinic vs a physicians office.

Very poor customer service and accessibility to their team.

Customer service is top notch. They answer, the respond, they are kind and easy to understand.

The PM side is pretty straight forward and easy for my employees to use. The integration with other apps has also been very nice.

The sysrem, as I'm writibng this, is down for unknown reasons and of course, they're closed after 7PM central time. WE HAD lots OF PROBLEMS SCANNING IN labs, reports, etc.

Constant problems with connect and development just does not build features to compensate for shortcomings.

The software had long lag times to find cpt codes and difficulty linking payments. In the end we decided to stop using after one month, but had to pay a buyout of $1,440 dollars.

Great medical billing software. It has a good cost-effective solution to integrated billing.

There is no alerts to notes that have been unsigned for 72 hours (this blows my mind since its a major compliance requirement).

The customization of AdvancedMD is extremely useful especially for multi-specialty clinics.

Reporting was easy on the eyes and purposeful. They were easy to read and functional for gathering a picture of the clinic.

The salesman was excellent in selling this software and I was so hopeful that it would be beneficial to me and my practice. I was promised that it would be up and running withing 4-6 weeks.

Practice Better is great if you want a software that is customizable and allows you to both run one-on-one and group programs.

It does the job, but I wish I felt more confident in how to utilize it, I wish it were more intuitive to navigate.

Scheduling clients is easy and managing invoices has been very straightforward. Very user-friendly platform for both team members and clients.

The biggest disappointment for me was the lack of scale for package offerings. To jump from $25 a month to $60 is a huge stress.

This software is fairly robust for the price and offers a lot with a good amount of pricing tiers.

I would give PB a 3/5 in terms of my overall experience. I like the interface for the practitioner facing, but I've had many complaints from clients about the technical difficulties that they face.

Great until you need customer service support.

Love that PB saves me so much time with billing and in searching for documents related to clients. I also love that it connects to various platforms like Cronometer and Fullscript.

The Better program has many useable features that I need to keep me on track. I can keep notes, updates and add what I need to when I need to for each client.

I would refer this app to anyone looking to manage clients with ease. 3 family members use this app with ease including my 14-year-old son so always nice to see an app made easy for kids to use.

Works well for patient records and chat functioning. Labs function is great to share info with practitioners.

I most like that there's help immediately when I get stumped. I also like the seminars to learn about more features and to make it all work even better.
