UpKeep is a web-based compterized maintenance management software (CMMS) and enterprise asset management (EAM) solution with a focus on mobile use.

The system is accessible on desktops, laptops, tablets and smartphones and is suitable for maintenance departments with multiple technicians consistantly working in the field.

The system offers core maintenance functionality, such as asset, inventory and work order management and preventive maintenance to create service schedules.

Users can see a tasks overview page showing upcoming work along with due dates, criticality and assets or workers assigned to each. When adding new tasks, users can include detailed notes, a color-coded priority rating, images, assets and users.

The mobile application gives users the ability to create projects, assign work orders, manage assets and more. UpKeep is designed for small to midsize companies in any type of industry.

Great prices, great product.

Pros

I LOVE that they have an app. I think this is critical for the easy of use for the technicians. I also like that you can add pictures, details, location, asset, importance to each work order. With each new work order, the person assigned can get a notification on their phone, this helps with the endless phone calls that my maintenance director previously received.

Cons

It would be nice if there were two separate apps, one for requesters and one for technicians and other users. I also wish there was a way to deny a request through the program.

Our rep and his group have been very response to any issues and communications.

Pros

Love the picture feature which allows anyone to see exactly what the issue is instead of just relying on descriptions. Very easy to use

Cons

Wish the billing was connected to the app so that we could delete and add users, etc and it would be automatically reflected on our account from a billing standpoint.

I really love that I can add files, pictures, or parts to individual tasks and set the priority level !!

Pros

I Love that I can create work orders on-the-go
I can send on spot info about a job as i'm actually there!
Also, I get notifications when tasks are updated, and receive alerts straight from my app!

Cons

I think this is the best software I've used to date - so no complaints here! I can truly only give complements!

Good product. Would be even better with asset tag scanning by requester.

Pros

Easy for individuals to request work orders. I can add requesters without additional expense as well.

Cons

Doesn't allow requesters to scan asset barcode to identify item needing service. All my requesters have smartphones who could do this easily.

This has been a fairly easy App to start using right away... And any questions I've had on any of the features have been answered through the UpKeep Reps...

Pros

I like how the Work Orders flow and can be set for a repetitive schedule. This helps with the functionality of the work flow so once the Work Orders are set the workload is limited in maintaining a Work Schedule for our people... We also like how easy it is to attach pics to work orders from any mobile device that is setup with the App. A picture is truly worth a thousand words (especially when it comes to data plates)...

Cons

We need an option in the Work Order creation to have a custom frequency setting besides the preset frequencies listed in the drop down.

Pros

Very easy to use and you can archive and search closed work orders later. The inventory section makes it very easy to keep track of what you have.

Cons

Feel that it needs a history tab in the assets section to log notes about each asset. Other than that Its great

Pros

Simplicity and ease of use is what I like most about the software. I've not found it deficient in any way. There are little or no bugs

Cons

There is nothing un-likeable about the software, however if there was on me business type I would add, it would be CCTV or Network Management.

Pros

The product is very easy to use. It was so simple that at first I thought I was doing something wrong.

Cons

would like to see it send an email to the requester when their project is closed.

Pros

That its an app. In this format I have it readily accessible at any time and it allows me to add items on the fly. By being able ot do this I can communicate to the staff the priority of a project with out sending emails and or calling them.

Cons

That it costs extra for the Dashboard. In my opinion this should be included in the price as it is an indicator of maintenance progress as well

I would recommend UpKeep for my fellow property managers and their teams.

Pros

As a property manager, I was looking for simple software my team could use to eliminate paper work orders and simplify reporting. UpKeep was easy to start-up, is user friendly, and has the reporting capability I need.

Cons

So far, I have not found any negatives. It meets our needs on a daily basis. We have not needed to consult support for help.

We use Upkeep in our property management office and it keeps us connected. Upkeep lets us post photos of maintenance issues and keep track of our properties.

Pros

Adding photos. Sorting tasks using different filters. Adding recurring tasks.
