Liked this product because it used to be all inclusive for physicians portal and Electronic Visit Verification where as many charge you extra for all the things you need.

the fact that they decide to change the product with no notification and services that used to be included are not any longer, very deceptive. Bad business decision. If we hadn't already been through two previous software changes we would be leaving AXXESS as well.

Really doesn't matter, none of the software vendors actually meet what they promise this one included, at least this one is at least user friendly and still offers some of their services as an inclusive feature at least until they change it on you to get more money out of you.

The cost, the multi-window feature, and being able to view all claim history for all claims billed by patient.

Issues with payroll view that then leads to issues with time overlap, and mobile view of Agencycore is not compatible with all devices or computer screens.

Recommendations

Know what you'll be using it for. Would work for first timers or those who have low finances, but would not recommend for all agencies.

The product is easy to use. their customer service is the best! they answer your questions promptly, they are able to consult on industry best practices and i don't have to have a ticket number when i call in, it's a live person!

Ease of use! I also like the help tool it is very useful in the orientation of new employees.

Visit verification does not always work for our clinician. We have a lot of complaints that they are unable to obtain a signature especially on iPhones(and we are now charged for a service that does not always work).

I have had at least 3 occasions where their server was down and we were not able to access patient information. When I called in all they could offer me was to have all charts printed just in case situations like this occurred. I wasn't to pleased with this because if I wanted to have manual charts I would not have computer charting. It has to be a better back up plan or something different they can do to ensure chart access at all times

Make sure that you have a back up plan because in my state you can not delay the survey process just because the software that you are using fails work. Also make sure you evaluate other computer charting compaines to see if they offer these op

NOTHING! The product didn't meet our needs, and will not stop sending me emails or bills. We haven used it since December.

I have been trying to cancel my subscription for seven months, have turned them into my bank for fraud and even changed my account numbers due to Axxess having my account info and continuing to bill for a service I DONT WANT!

Buyer beware. Stay away. Poor billing software. Poor connection to the servers.

Their customer service and personal support were excellent, and the software is very intuitive and user-friendly, as well as working on a number of devices.

I like the ease of using the product. It is user-friendly and easy to navigate. It is also easy at access from most systems and has a phone app.

The customer service was not good. We have two companies signed up with them. We received a discounted rate approved by the CFO and marketer for the second office because of signing up both offices. Five months later, they charged our credit card twice the price we agreed on. We contacted their accounting department. The person we spoke with was very rude and would not even listen to the fact that we had a discounted rate. After several emails asking them to resolve this, we received a very nasty emailed from this same person stating that the rate was no longer valid, but effective immediately, it was almost doubled. This was very unscrupulous of them and very unprofessional. I would never recommend this company.

Be careful. They will changed their rates on us without notice.

What I like best about the Axxess software is that it's easy to understand and the customer service is excellent.

Agencycore is a great tool for streamlining our process from intake to billing. It allows us to be so efficient that our staff could handle 150% of their caseload from when we were doing it on paper.

Check out the Mobile App. This app has electronic visit verification, and we were able to eliminate visiting clinicians time sheets. You need this to get the most back office efficiency.

I like the simplicity. It's easy to use and train people. Also, the customer support and free trainings are great.

Axxess is no longer reliable. We are seriously thinking of moving to another system because of the performance issues we are having. It lacks system validation to ensure that nursing progress notes follow the plan of care. It also lacks system validation to ensure that Oasis (SOC, recertification, transfer) sync and minimize discrepancies.

Recommendations

Improve the system performance and ensure that the system is reliable at least 99% of the time, including nights and weekends, as we do our billings after office hours.

There are only a few things that I would like to see upgraded. For instance, when a SNV is scheduled for a specific date but the visit occurs on a different date, I would like the system to show the actual date of the visit on the patient's chart. This would make attaching signature sheets, labs, etc. more easily.

Recommendations

The View Doc area doesn't make a whole lot of sense. I wish that it put the doc in dated order or in its classification. It seems random. You have to search for things here.
