  • Pros

  • Being able to send out booking links for self service appointments is great. Lots of good functionality from an automation perspective.
  • Customer support - Steve is great. It's a bookinh tool and gets that job done.
  • Cons

  • Namely, when trying to adjust a team member's availability for an appointment link: the GUI bounces back and forth as you try to change time blocks.
  • The admin side of the system is very difficult to navigate and get set up.

  • Hands down the most outstanding customer service.
  • I used fresha and I had so much support from [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN. He was truly amazing and patient with me , always answering my questions.
  • Cons

  • M out of my policy no show fee and I’ve lost an hour of my time with production.
  • Except on the website it says it’s included in the 2.29% plus $0.20 per transaction fees. M already very upset at the delay only to hear about these extra costs.
