  • Pros

  • The product is continually improving and going in the right direction. Our marketer is great and provides good feedback and helps analyze reports on a regular basis.
  • The simplicity of how it is laid out and the help dropdowns are very straightforward. Customer support has always been top notch and so responsive to all my requests and cries for help.
  • Overall the experience has been great. Our website looks great and the managing tools are awesome.
  • Cons

  • This is incredibly dangerous when they start selling to your neighboring competitors because now they have all your information and can easily provide it to your competitors.
  • A call you can only do it they call one of the numbers Kukui puts out. I needed it from a call that was on a original line and it was very disappointing.
  • Sometimes its a little difficult to create a new email piece for my customers. Other than that there is nothing else.

  • Very easy to use, great customer service, and worth every penny. I recommend this product 100.
  • It is easy for all of our employees to use with ease and that is the main reason we continue to use it. It has improved since we first started to use it.
  • I used Auto Repair Bill because it was affordable and relatively easy to use. I liked that it linked PayPal for letting clients send payments.

  • I had a problem with support. They were difficult to get a hold of and when you did you were put on hold and had long waits.
  • It takes forever for someone to get back to you when you are experiencing a problem with the software.
  • The labor time set up is confusing and trying to build an estimate takes way too long and is almost impossible for a customer to understand.
