Pros/Cons
Pros
- The product is continually improving and going in the right direction. Our marketer is great and provides good feedback and helps analyze reports on a regular basis.
- The simplicity of how it is laid out and the help dropdowns are very straightforward. Customer support has always been top notch and so responsive to all my requests and cries for help.
- Overall the experience has been great. Our website looks great and the managing tools are awesome.
Cons
- This is incredibly dangerous when they start selling to your neighboring competitors because now they have all your information and can easily provide it to your competitors.
- A call you can only do it they call one of the numbers Kukui puts out. I needed it from a call that was on a original line and it was very disappointing.
- Sometimes its a little difficult to create a new email piece for my customers. Other than that there is nothing else.
Pros
- AutoLeap gives us great insight into our profitability each week and that has been a great help in growing our repair.
- The implementation team has been great and I'm excited to get more comfortable with the system over time.
- Each and every feature has been useful and super helpful. Our customers are really enjoying the reminders and being able to approve their jobs.
Cons
- Just got to get used to it from switching from an obsolete invoicing software.
- Our only struggle with making the switch was we were not already using QuickBooks Online (QBO) - so our integration to that was very slow (NOT AN AUTOLEAP ISSUE - it was ours!).
- There aren't too many things we dislike about AutoLeap.
