This is incredibly dangerous when they start selling to your neighboring competitors because now they have all your information and can easily provide it to your competitors.

It is easy to use, has great graphs and charts full of helpful information, and the staff is very friendly and attentive.

The customer support is great. The amount of data that is readily available in an easy to digest  format is great.

This has not been the case. I am very happy with Kukui, and I would definitely recommend the service.

A call you can only do it they call one of the numbers Kukui  puts out. I needed it from a call that was on a original line and it was very disappointing.

The page layout is good. Software supplies good information, and e-mail notification when someone makes an appointment, which is very helpful.

Kukui will get you appointments on your calendar - that is a good thing they do.

Integration with Protractor is excellent for follow ups.

Sometimes its a little difficult to  create a new email piece for my customers. Other than that there is nothing else.

Overall the experience has been great. Our website looks great and the managing tools are awesome.

Everything is very user friendly, I enjoy being able to build large orders over and the ease of parts tracking.

I like that all the shops are in one place and that it is simple to compare pricing, and parts availability. I also like the feature of looking up OEM part and it giving the after market options.

The program integrates most vendors for time and cost savings. Extremely simple to use makes it even better.

I love being able to search parts from all my vendors in one location. It also easily lets me add those parts to my estimate without having to type each one in.

Quickly pulls product from all vendors allowing to see availability and prices to make the best decision.

The only thing i do not like, is the way the descriptions of the parts i add to my work order change. Sometimes the description is completely wrong.

Freezing  when looking for parts that is all i have to say.

We have had stuff accidentally ordered and some places integrations are not accurate for stock.

The folks there have been responsive to our questions and needs.

I use it in conjunction with Shopmonkey, but even standalone it's an amazing tool. It allows me to see the local inventory of 4-5 parts stores all at once.

Having multiple venders in one sight is wonderful. The fact that tracs/parts tech now allows parts to be billed  and ordered to repair orders makes life a lot easier.

Easy to use very helpful User friendly for staff and employees.

I am not aware of anything that I dislike about the software.

Sometimes it lags and doesn’t not always show vendors.

I like it because you can look up a lot of parts stores at once.

I haven't found anything that I don't like about the program.

What I like the most is the ability to look up one part and see prices from all of my top vendors. I also love that the part numbers and prices transfer to the invoice seamlessly.

Integration into ship management software and parts suppliers is awesome.

It occassionally fails to return relevant results or will return no results when in fact an integrated vendor has the parts sitting on their shelves.

This company is dedicated to being the best and is always upgrading their product. Their is no perfect software out there, but these guys are committed to being the best.

The program is very user friendly and has good notes as to when certain parts are needed for certain options for vehicle.

We like the fact that we can pull up multiple vendors all on one page in order to find the right part at the right price.

Makes sourcing parts, building quotes and estimates much more efficient. It integrated seamlessly with our shop system Tekmetric.

The lack of saving/naming applications, jobs, etc, is about all I can think of at the moment.

Great software package for Automotive service and Tires.

We hear they are looking at a labor guide (motor) which is arguably the WORST labor guide to use.

I like the easy and how effortless it is to use.

It's part of our POS Tekmetric and overall we really like the product. It makes estimating a job so easy.

Its a great tool to be able to see multiple sources to compare price and availability.

Parts Tech was easy to integrate and pretty user friendly.

It easily integrates and adds parts to my tickets.
