  • Pros

  • Each and every feature has been useful and super helpful. Our customers are really enjoying the reminders and being able to approve their jobs.
  • I love the sytem and all the team over at auto leap, they are very helpful and update and take feed back on suggestions and implent them to work better for there customers.
  • AutoLeap gives us great insight into our profitability each week and that has been a great help in growing our repair.
  • Cons

  • Just got to get used to it from switching from an obsolete invoicing software.
  • Our only struggle with making the switch was we were not already using QuickBooks Online (QBO) - so our integration to that was very slow (NOT AN AUTOLEAP ISSUE - it was ours!).
  • There aren't too many things we dislike about AutoLeap.

  • Easy to use, keeps track of everything. Customer service is great, very quick to resolve issues and help understand the how and the why of operations.
  • This software makes it super easy to manage your shop and watch your numbers at the same time. Call me for details or with questions, I will be happy to share specifics with anyone.
  • It has a lot of good features that cannot be had with the larger software vendors. I also like that they customize your invoices, and their customer service has always been great.
  • Cons

  • Seems rather unstable at times. Can not always figure out the various problems or why they are happening.
  • The only regret I have is that for many years we only used about 40% of what the software could do.
  • The only problem I really have is not being able to use Norton Security.
