Most positive review: Most positive review:

“This is such a powerful data visualization tool. It is flexible and easy to use. We pull data from multiple databases. It gives us a great visualization tool to show trends.”

- Justin Himebaugh, Automated Logistics Systems

“Tableau is incredibly simple in its ability to easily visualize a data set. No longer do we have to spend needless time working on constructing data models for presentation.”

- Andrew Bryant, Landmark Associates

Most negative review: Most negative review:

“The transforms with large files can be frustrating; this feature is not robust. In case the project requires big data modeling, I suggest using an external tool to facilitate the ETL process.”

- Juan Navarro, Derevo

“Formatting is a pain. If I'm trying to change the font, change text...etc., I have to go into each graph and change it manually. I really wish you could apply a global format. Adjusting graphs on a dashboard is kind of confusing.”

- Saima Akhter, United Airlines

“The ease of use is outstanding. It's a very powerful tool that can become more power[ful] with the integration of R. The visualizations are beautiful, and I love being able to impress my coworkers, leadership and customers.”

- Jessy Cooper, Tennessee Hospital Association

Most negative review: Most negative review:

“The interface was a little clunky and finding the tools is not so easy. It is missing an associative model engine.”

- James Anderson, UHealth - University of Miami Health Care System

“There is a steep learning curve, but this isn't unique to Tableau. Data integration can be quite complex, and without a clean data source the software isn't much use.”

- Rudy Vasquez

“It's not easy to speak directly with a MS Power BI expert. Also, to share and view reports/dashboards you have to sign up, and it doesn't support personal/ government email addresses.”

- Jimmy Gibson, Distributed Solutions, Inc.

“At times, the responses from the support team can seem canned and appear that they didn't read your issue to gain full understanding.”
