- Tech support is fast to respond. We like the ability to customize our exams to suit our needs.
- Patient scheduling was good, but they seem to make it worse with updates. Spectacle POS better than original set-up.

- Overall, my biggest complaint with Compulink is that the salesperson lied to me repeatedly. I asked specific questions and was given answers that were 180 degrees different than than the truth.
- Poor integration with DICOM devices and systems.
Pros
- I love the way this software is organized and how everything I need to do to work with my clients is all in one place. It is very user friendly and my clients are liking it to.
- They respond in good time, and they are incredibly helpful when they do.
Cons
- So paying double and doing double the work is what she thinks should work for me. She was very unprofessional and rude and her supervisor never contacted me to resolve the situation.
- They blame a third party that they choose and put absolutely no effort and extremely poor customer service to resolve this issue.
