Pros/Cons

Pros
I love this product -- one of the handful I am so happy to pay for. It saves me so much time scheduling meetings, and I love the customization and automation.
This product is extremely helpful in my day to day activities. It saves me a lot of time coordinating with prospects to schedule.

Cons
It can be a little boring since it is very basic, it lacks UI upgrades for it to be on the snappy side, nonetheless this is still a very useful tool.
I wish they had the ability to add blocks of available time vs a link to click through but other than that it is great.

Pros
This product is so easy to use :) It makes scheduling a breeze. I love that I can copy shift and weeks. I also love that we can keep track of people b-days. WE love to celebrate our employees!!!
It’s a great, easy to use product that is straightforward and transparent. No unnecessary fluff or extra “functions” that aren’t necessary.

Cons
Sometimes the schedule can be a bit difficult to read for some of our larger teams, but there's different ways to print so we work around it.
Some of the servers wish that the program was on an app. I personally like that it is not app based
